Developing business sloutions for enterprise clients, publisher, and creators across all of Asia
Our company was founded in Singapore in April 2016 with the mission "Make every business borderless." Since our establishment, we have been developing and providing unique platforms in the fields of e-commerce, marketing, production management, and logistics.

Our company supports clients' business growth and global expansion, primarily across Asia. We operate in two main areas: the "Brand Commerce" segment, which provides e-commerce and marketing support for enterprise clients, and the "Partner Growth" segment, which offers monetization support and UX/Content improvements to help increase revenue for web media operators, app operators, and creators (such as YouTubers and TikTokers).

Since our founding, we have grown with marketing and D2C/e-commerce support for enterprise clients as our core business, and through business expansion, we have extended into Publisher Growth Business and Creator Growth Business (combined called Partner Growth Segment). We leverage synergies across each business to drive expansion while sustaining steady growth through our diverse portfolio of businesses and products that have established multiple revenue models.

Each business operates in synergy with one another. We provide end-to-end marketing and e-commerce support to enterprise clients, enhancing our support effectiveness by leveraging local networks (creators, media, etc.) in each country. For creators and publishers, access to our enterprise clients' network serves as a key advantage. The balanced expansion of these three-party networks builds our company's solid business foundation.

We have maximized our business foundation spanning 15 countries and regions to support the growth of each of our clients. As a result, we have built a diversified revenue base across Asia and achieved steady growth since our founding. Going forward, we aim to become a technology company that serves as essential "business infrastructure" in Asia. As specific medium-term targets, we will pursue 1.further growth of existing businesses, 2.continuous M&A execution, and 3.operational efficiency improvements through generative AI utilization, aiming to achieve revenue of 105 billion yen and operating profit of 6.3 billion yen or more (operating profit margin exceeding 6.0%) by fiscal year 2027.
