What You'll Do

As a Strategic Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on influencer marketing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Clarify and analyze briefs provided by the Account Management team to thoroughly understand business challenges and goals, developing proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead communication, influencer and IMC strategic planning processes based on campaign requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gain comprehensive consumer insights and market knowledge, ensuring strategic alignment of all campaign executions.
  • Possess a strong foundation in digital communication and online media strategies.
  • Develop compelling presentations and effectively communicate strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
  • Optimize media budget allocation to maximize media KPIs and campaign impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Creative Planners, and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings by presenting strategies and providing expert consultations.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of working experience in Communication Strategic Planning and Influencer Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as a team leader or manager at least 1-2 years
  • In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, key performance indicators, and the ability to propose tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in measuring campaign performance across various metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai, with English proficiency a plus

 

Where Are Challenges

  • Measuring ROI in Influencer Marketing: Developing robust methodologies to effectively measure and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Work Cross-Team: collaborating with internal teams such as Business Development, Influencer Management, Media Planning, Ads Optimization, Creative, and others
  • Tight Deadlines: Working in the influencer marketing business demands speed and efficiency due to tight, pressing deadlines. You'll need to maximize your abilities to deliver the most effective results as quickly as possible.
  • Communications Plan and Influencer Marketing Plan: This role doesn't just focus on Communications Plans; it also requires developing an Influencer Marketing Plan. This means you need to have knowledge and passion for influencer marketing and be highly engaged on social media.
