Fulfillment and Logistics Manager (E-commerce)

The Fulfillment and Logistics Manager (E-commerce) is a critical role responsible for overseeing the entire digital e-commerce fulfillment loop, from warehouse operations and inventory management to last-mile delivery. This position demands a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics, particularly in managing high-volume periods like "Double Digi Days" and other online events across major platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTokShop. The successful candidate will optimize operational efficiency, manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and ensure seamless collaboration with various commercial teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction in the fast-paced e-commerce environment.

 

What You'll Do

E-commerce Warehouse Operations & Double Digi Days Management:

  • Manage and control all aspects of e-commerce warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and readiness for peak sales periods like 7.7, 8.8, 11.11, and other platform-specific campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTokShop.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse performance, focusing on rapid order processing and dispatch during high-demand events.
  • Proactively identify and resolve warehouse-related issues, especially those impacting e-commerce fulfillment speed and accuracy.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimize lead times, and enhance overall efficiency within the digital e-commerce fulfillment cycle.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures in compliance with all relevant regulations.

 

Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management:

  • Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring their performance and quality meet agreed-upon service levels and enhance the end-customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage service agreements with 3PL partners to optimize delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness for e-commerce shipments.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with key commercial teams, including E-commerce Operations, Key Account Management (KAM), Supply Chain Planning, and Inventory Planning, to align fulfillment strategies with sales targets and inventory availability.
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Service teams to monitor customer requirements and ensure the highest level of service quality, especially during promotional events.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and implement solutions to address customer concerns related to fulfillment and logistics.

 

Fulfillment Loop & Inventory Management:

  • Plan and manage the full loop of digital e-commerce fulfillment, encompassing inbound logistics, warehousing, order picking, packing, and outbound transportation.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) programs to control stock levels, track and trace shipments, and meet delivery KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Regional Teams to address WMS-related issues, ensuring system efficiency for e-commerce operations.

 

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Develop, coach, and train warehouse staff to enhance performance and build their capabilities, particularly in handling e-commerce specific demands.
  • Foster a positive and high-performing team environment.

 

Compliance & Safety:

  • Supervise and ensure that all team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet company objectives and maintain safety standards.

 

Financial Management:

  • Analyze costs and control profit and loss related to fulfillment and logistics, including investment planning for e-commerce infrastructure.

 

Continuous Improvement & Performance Tracking:

  • Continuously monitor roles and work areas, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while complying with company and legal safety requirements.
  • Track performance metrics and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and progress across all fulfillment activities.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or any related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of direct experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on digital e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce fulfillment for platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTokShop, especially during major sales events ("Double Digi Days" and others events).
  • Direct experience in 3PL business management is essential.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies specific to e-commerce logistics.
  • Strong communication skills in the English language are a must.
  • Excellent data analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement strategies.
  • Able to work at Pathumthani province.
