Content Creator Intern, Creator Growth

We're seeking a Content Creator Intern to support the development and execution of engaging content for our owned channels. This role involves assisting with content brainstorming, pre-production coordination, content calendar management, and performance tracking to optimize our creative output.

What You Will Do

• Assist in brainstorming and developing new content formats and series for CG’s owned channels (e.g. The Office Life, Vũ Trụ Showbiz, The Office Life Review)
• Support the creation of content pillars optimised for branded integrations and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with in-house creative and production teams on pre-production tasks: shot lists, moodboards, and basic storyboards.
• Help manage and track content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets and drafts.
• Assist in collating performance insights (views, engagement, retention) to inform future creative iterations.
• Participate in creator liaison: scheduling brainstorm calls, gathering feedback, and documenting ideas.
  
  

Who You Are

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film & Media, or a related field.
• A strong passion for storytelling, social video formats, and creator-led IP.
• Familiar with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram content best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Photoshop/Canva skills or video-editing curiosity is a plus.
