AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, today announced that it has entered the final round of L’Oréal’s BIG BANG Beauty Tech Innovation Program. Centered around the theme of “Phygital Consumer,” the program invites innovative companies to co-create the future of beauty retail experiences. Leveraging its retail and marketing technology solutions, AnyMind stood out among numerous participants to secure a spot in the final round.
This year’s BIG BANG program in Taiwan focuses on two key areas: “Transforming Consumer-Centric Conversations” and “Reimagining Phygital Experiences,” encouraging teams to propose innovative ways to reimagine the integration of offline retail and digital technology. AnyMind’s proposal integrates its proprietary AI-powered solutions to help brands create seamless and interactive consumer journeys, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
“We’ve observed that today’s consumers expect real-time and personalised experiences in physical stores, just like they do online,” said Wing Lee, General Manager of Taiwan, AnyMind Group. “By combining next-generation technology, consumer data, and AI capability, AnyMind enables brands to create data-driven in-store engagement that elevates brand experience and drives deeper customer interaction.”
AnyMind is also a key influencer marketing partner for L’Oréal Taiwan. Its selection as a BIG BANG finalist further highlights the company’s strong capabilities in brand-tech collaboration.
As one of the leading companies in Asia for both creator ecosystems and retail technology, AnyMind has long supported brands in expanding consumer touchpoints, enhancing digital experiences, and accelerating digital transformation. This latest proposal further demonstrates the company’s integrated strength in retail tech, online-to-offline experience design, and digital innovation.
The BIG BANG Beauty Tech Innovation Program is L’Oréal Group’s flagship initiative for advancing beauty tech innovation and has previously led to multiple successful corporate partnerships. AnyMind will continue working closely with the L’Oréal team to refine its proposal for potential real-world implementation, while driving continued business innovation and transformation across Taiwan and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
