AnyMind Group’s GenAI live commerce platform, AnyLive, now supports Japanese language

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced that its generative AI-powered (GenAI-powered) live commerce platform, AnyLive, now supports live commerce in Japan. This includes AI avatar support, automated script generation, and real-time AI interaction with viewers.

With live commerce continuing to gain momentum across China and Southeast Asia, and becoming a key real-time touchpoint between brands and consumers, early adoption has been seen among brands in sectors such as food and cosmetics. In Japan, interest is rapidly increasing, particularly with the upcoming launch of TikTok Shop.

Generative AI-powered live commerce enables brands to significantly improve efficiency and scalability by automating key elements such as filming, talent (through AI avatars), and scripting, reducing production time and costs. In one implementation, a brand achieved a 90% reduction in streaming costs and more than doubled its conversion rate. The platform also supports multilingual live streams, allowing brands to localize content and engage regional audiences. By combining human hosts during peak hours with AI avatars during off-peak times, brands can run 24/7 hybrid live streams that maximize engagement while optimizing operational efficiency.

Unlike traditional video ads, live commerce allows for real-time, interactive communication with viewers, boosting both engagement and purchase intent. With the anticipated launch of TikTok Shop in Japan in summer 2025, AnyMind Group will expand its support for live commerce for both domestic and international brands targeting the Japanese market.
