AnyLive.
The latest update enables users to automatically capture and analyze data from both human-led and AI-hosted live streams, using insights to continuously optimize future scripts and maximize live commerce performance.
AnyLive now offers comprehensive real-time tracking of broadcast metrics including viewership, engagement (comments) and conversion rates for live streams hosted by either human presenters or AI avatars. These insights are then connected to enhance future live stream scripts, helping brands and merchants increase viewer engagement and drive sales.
Automatic data collection and analysis
Through integrations with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, YouTube and more, AnyLive uses AI to automatically collect and analyze data from human and AI-fronted live streaming in real-time. When connected with AnyX
, AnyMind’s e-commerce management platform, users can also link viewer data to customer and order insights across channels to unlock a more complete picture of performance.
Analyzed data includes stream timeline, viewer comments, keywords, viewer count, retention rate, conversion rate, and gross merchandise value (GMV). AI-powered visualizations highlight peak viewer interest moments, drop-off points, host-specific conversion rates, and keyword trends – helping teams identify key improvement areas for upcoming streams.
AI-powered script optimization
AnyLive previously supported AI-generated scripts from product URLs. The platform now goes a step further and uses analyzed data to refine and optimize script content for future broadcasts. Both human and AI live stream hosts can now leverage automatically created, brand-aligned, natural-sounding scripts that incorporate viewer sentiment, comment trends, retention data, and conversion behavior.
These scripts can be automatically generated in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Japanese, and are available for both human and AI-hosted streams.
